PowerScanner™ brings patented scanning technology to the PowerMax™ Slicing Systems.

PowerScanner makes portioning faster and more accurate when coupled with PowerMax slicing systems and their independent drives. The patented slicing technology utilizes a system of lasers and cameras to generate a true 3-D product image prior to slicing. The slicer uses this information along with the weight to determine the best way to slice the product to optimize yields.
 
PowerMax slicing systems have up to four independent product drives with the corresponding number of scales and classifiers. Now you can slice multiple naturally shaped loaves at the same time with independent controls to maximize productivity and yields. Slice back bacon, schinken, tenderloins and other naturally shaped products with accurate slice thickness and virtually no waste or giveaway. Formax®’s design compensates for different lengths which makes it ideal for natural and irregular shapes.
